Need Help?

We are not accepting additional walk-in applications for rent or move-in costs for the month of December.

  • We can assist with referrals to local foodbanks, diapers, and other community referrals or empty stocking fund requests

  • A representative is available on Wednesdays from 10 - 2 to assist with benefits applications including SNAP, CAPS, and Medicaid

Walk-In Hours: What to Expect

The Family Promise Resource Center is open for Walk-In Hours on Wednesday and Thursday from 10 - 2. To be eligible for walk-in hours, you must have a child under the age of 18 in your care. During a walk-in meeting, you will be asked to complete an application regarding your family’s situation. This does not guarantee services, but does allow us to have the most complete information as we assess your needs and our program availability. We regularly update this page with current program availability, check back to see what programs are currently open for applications.

Documentation to bring:

  • ID or any identification documents

  • Paystubs, if applicable

  • Documentation of children (birth certificates, SS card, or insurance card)

  • Documentation of housing need (tenant ledger, welcome or move-in letter)

The information will be reviewed and prioritized for eligibility for our programs. You will also be provided with resources or referrals to other agencies that might be helpful. Supplies such as hygiene products, diapers, or household items are provided to walk-in appointments on an availability basis.

To get entered on the coordinated entry list, you can go to access points such as the ACC Library or you can call our phone line or come in to the Resource Center during walk-in hours (W/Th 10—2)
